Central Products will not sell tobacco or tobacco related products to anyone under the age of 21. Central Products cannot be held liable for minors purchasing tobacco or tobacco related products with a guardian credit card. By using this site, you agree that you are at least 21 years of age.

Cigar smoking is not a safe alternative to cigarette smoking. Cigar smoking can cause heart disease and lung cancer. Cigar smoking can cause cancers of the mouth and throat, even if you do not inhale. Cigar smoking increases the risk of infertility, stillbirth and low birth weight. Cigars contain and produce chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects and other reproductive illnesses

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

Central Products goal is for you to fully enjoy your premium cigars and cigar accessories. Please take a moment when your shipment arrives to inspect your products. If you are not fully satisfied with the quality and condition of every product and our service, contact us at info@get-my-cigars.com and we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) Number. Simply place the RMA number on the shipping box and send it back to us. We will refund your purchase price in full, minus shipping charges, upon receipt of return.

If you receive any product damaged in shipment, immediately contact the carrier (U.S. Postal Service, UPS or FedEx Freight) and report it. After reporting damage to the carrier, then contact us. We will replace the shipment free of any charges to you.

PAYMENT

Central Products accepts - American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Money Orders and Cashier's Checks.

SHIPPING

Central Products makes every effort to ship in stock product within 24 hours of receiving payment (excluding weekends and holidays). We ship all in stock product within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders may be placed on our site for delivery outside the United States. Orders placed to be delivered outside the United States may take 3-5 business days to ship. Central Products is not responsible for any taxes or duties added to shipments once they are turned over to the carrier. Minimum of $50.00 (US) for international orders.

TAXES, DUTIES, AND LICENSES

All taxes, duties and licenses incurred while shopping at Central Products are the sole responsibility of the customer. Central Products cannot be held responsible (nor vouch) for any orders with pending taxes, duties, or licenses.

Central Products does not ship to the state of Massachusetts due to tobacco laws.

PRIVACY

The information we collect will be used to notify our customers about periodic specials and web site updates. We do not share the information with other organizations for any purpose.

LEGAL

Cigars and cigar related products are not intended for anyone under the age of 18. Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors and reserve the right to limit quantities.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Central Products Parties against all claims, damages, liability, costs and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys fees arising out of violation of any of the provisions of this Agreement by you or anyone accessing Central Products under your account.

GOVERNING LAW

This site is developed and controlled by Central Products in the State of Massachusetts. The law of the State of Massachusetts will govern all terms, conditions and disclaimers on the Site, including this Agreement, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.
